6-Day Semi Luxury Safari Northern Tanzania (All-Year)

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, our team will be there to welcome you to Tanzania. You’ll be transferred to your accommodation in Arusha, where you can settle in and relax after your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore Arusha, known as the gateway to Tanzania’s northern safari circuit. In the evening, you’ll meet with your safari guide for a briefing on the upcoming adventure and enjoy a delicious dinner at your accommodation.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, we’ll depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. As we enter the park, you’ll be greeted by the sight of elephants roaming freely in their natural habitat. During our game drive, we’ll have the chance to spot a variety of wildlife, including lions, giraffes, and zebras. We’ll enjoy a picnic lunch within the park, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African bush. In the afternoon, we’ll continue our exploration of Tarangire before returning to our accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3-4: Serengeti National Park

Today, we’ll journey to Serengeti National Park, home to some of the most spectacular wildlife sightings in Africa. The drive itself offers breathtaking views of the Tanzanian countryside as we make our way to the Serengeti. Upon entering the park, you’ll immediately be struck by the vastness of the plains and the abundance of wildlife. Over the next two days, we’ll explore different regions of the Serengeti, each offering its own unique wildlife encounters and landscapes. From the Great Migration to the Big Five, there’s no shortage of incredible sights to behold in the Serengeti. Our accommodations for these nights will be at a comfortable lodge or campsite in the heart of the park.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater After breakfast, we’ll depart from the Serengeti and make our way to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Our destination is the iconic Ngorongoro Crater, often described as an African Eden. Descending into the crater floor, you’ll be surrounded by an incredible array of wildlife, including lions, elephants, and hippos. We’ll enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the stunning scenery of the crater before ascending back to the rim. From here, we’ll continue our journey to Lake Manyara National Park, where we’ll spend the night at a lodge or campsite near the park.

Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park and Return to Arusha

Our final day of safari begins with a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, known for its diverse ecosystems and abundant birdlife. Keep your eyes peeled for tree-climbing lions, flamingos, and other wildlife as we explore the park’s lush forests and open plains. After our game drive, we’ll return to Arusha, where we’ll bid farewell to the stunning landscapes and incredible wildlife of Tanzania. You’ll be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport for your departure flight, marking the end of your unforgettable safari adventure.
